  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods. For example, if You purchased the Goods at 9 am on a Monday, You have up to 9 am that following Monday (7 days after) to request a refund. There are no exceptions to this timeframe. If your request is received after this 7 day timeframe (for the above example, at 9:01 am on the Monday), you will not receive a refund. 

Due to the transformation nature of the Goods, any decision You make for non-participation after the refund period expires will not be a valid reason for a refund request.
